Lakewood Tiger girls rule...

At least that is their rallying cry. Tonight was Ellary's first softball game she did great. She hit the ball twice and if not for a really good play at first base, that beat her by half a step, she would have gone 2 for 2. We were really proud of her and mostly glad that she had a lot of fun. The won 24-14 and it is clear that these girls have been working working hard in practice because they all hit very well.

St. B's Spaghetti Dinner

Tonight we had a nice dinner at St. B's and low and behold our little girl, sometimes referred to as "the luckiest girl in the world", won the first raffle basket drawn. Her basket is full of bubbles, squirt gun, jump rope and sidewalk chalk. She didn't stop there either and followed it up with a basket full of art supplies. I am sure she will have a good time using them with Grandma Ranney on Mother's Day.
